ZUG, MARCH 13, 2025 - KELEOPS HAS ACQUIRED CLIC2LOAD, A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN WHITE-LABEL DOWNLOAD PLATFORMS, TO STRENGTHEN ITS SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION EXPERTISE AND EXPAND ITS REACH IN THE GLOBAL MARKET.

Keleops, a leading player in the tech media landscape, has just announced the acquisition of IT Consulting, the company behind the white-label software download platform Clic2Load. This strategic move further strengthens Keleops’ position as a leader in the global tech vertical and software download space.

With its acquisition of IT Consulting, Keleops welcomed to the group a white-label technology deployed on several prominent high-tech news sites. This complements the Keleops portfolio, which includes Telecharger.com, France’s premier software download portal, acquired in 2022 from the Altice group.
